You are so right. Focus, I lost focus after returning home and began my new carrier. Though I have taught on several occassions over the years. I never opened a full time school, choosing instead to teach only those who wanted private lessons and or officers.

I keep telling my wife that I will make a few trips to Houston so that I can start where I left off.

I have been asked to help teach locally. But again, my focus is not there.
